Plants survive in some harsh environments and adopt some amazing strategies for survival. Echiveria are members of Crassulaceae family, a group of plants opening their stomata at night to avoid drying out in the heat of the sun. They produce acid over night which they use in photosynthesis during the day. Quite amazing really!
